Country Crossroads Counseling

I am excited to begin my journey with Country Crossroads Counseling!

 

I have been a certified school counselor for 3 years and am a newly licensed professional counselor using play therapy techniques. I am certified in AutPlay Therapy. I believe that play is the pathway for healing. It allows a person to express and process their innermost thoughts and feelings. 

 

 

As a counselor specializing in play therapy, it is my job to seek understanding and help others to develop healthy coping skills to manage a variety of challenges such as trauma, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I work closely with parents to offer ideas to support their child in counseling. 

 

 

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family on our farm, attending sporting events, and traveling. I have two dogs, Annie and Moose. They love chasing squirrels and giving snuggles. When I am not with my family and fur babies I am gardening or reading. My passion is helping others. I feel happy I get to share my passion with you.
