"I believe every person I encounter has a voice that deserves to be heard in a safe place.

Hello, I am Molly Reynolds and I am so glad you are taking the time to visit the Country Crossroads Counseling website!

After reading through everyone’s profile, I hope that you are able to find someone that you can connect and feel comfortable with during your therapeutic journey. Discussing your mental health can be daunting at first and I think it is important to find someone who is the right fit for you!

I graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2019 with my Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development. I went on to receive my Master of Science in Human Development and Family Science with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and later full licensure.

Whether I am working with individuals, couples, or families, I believe every person I encounter has a voice that deserves to be heard in a safe place. I operate from a strengths-based perspective and utilize the strengths my clients have during their course of therapy.

I view people as the experts in their own lives and therapy as a collaborative process to achieve the future the clients see for themselves. The therapy models I utilize are Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy which allows for a mixture of structured problem-solving while still allowing space for the client to tell and rewrite their stories. I am also a basic trained EMDR clinician and find this modality to be very beneficial in my work with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have a passion for working with first responders and military members which led to the creation of our program, Caring for the Courageous.

I am blessed to live in the country and find my time outside to be therapeutic. My two dogs, Bandit and Scout, also provide a lot of comfort for me. In my free time, I love to be with my husband and two kids, read books and watch either baking or game shows.
